Four calculators for the numbers you keep redoing on a napkin

Built for planners running Indian weddings. No sign up, no email wall, no export to pay for. They work in your browser and nothing you type ever reaches us.

Why these are free. Each one answers a question for today. A wedding is two hundred of these questions over eight months, and every answer goes stale the day a quote moves or forty guests confirm late. That gap is the whole reason WedPlan exists. If a calculator is all you needed, take it and go, with our blessing.

The catch

A calculator answers today. A wedding takes eight months

WedPlan holds the budget against actual spend, the RSVPs for every event, the vendors and their payment dates, the hotel blocks and every guest arrival. One wedding or fifteen, in one place, with your amounts encrypted using a key only you hold.

Nothing you typed above left your browser. Close the tab and it is gone.

Questions

Before you ask

Are these wedding calculators really free?

Yes, and they stay free. There is no sign up, no email wall, no trial and no export you have to pay for. They run in your browser and you can use them on every wedding you plan without ever speaking to us.

Do you store the numbers I type in?

No. Every calculation happens inside your own browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is written to storage, nothing is logged and nothing is attached to you. The web address never changes as you type, so your figures do not end up in a link or in a search engine. Close the tab and the sheet is blank again.

Why give these away?

Because they show you the problem rather than solve it. Each calculator answers one question for one moment: how to split this budget, how many plates to order, what this wedding pays you. A wedding is not one calculation, it is a couple of hundred of them over eight months, and every one of these answers goes stale the day a quote changes or forty guests confirm late. We make WedPlan, which keeps those numbers right as they move. If the calculator is all you need, take it and go with our blessing.

Who are these calculators for?

Professional wedding planners in India who are running more than one wedding at a time. Families planning their own wedding are welcome to use them too, though the fee and profit calculator will not mean much to you. The turnout percentages, plate rates and room mixes are all set against Indian norms.

Can I use these on my phone at a venue?

Yes. They are built to work on a phone, which is where most planners actually need a plate count, standing in front of a caterer.
