Indian weddings are among the most elaborate celebrations in the world — multiple functions, hundreds of guests arriving from different cities, a dozen vendors to coordinate, gifts to track, menus to finalise, and a hundred things that change at the last minute.
Managing all of this with Excel sheets and paper diaries is a recipe for sleepless nights. WedPlan was built to change that. It is a web-based, team-oriented wedding management platform designed specifically for Indian wedding planners and families. The idea came from watching planners and families struggle with guest lists, invitation tracking and outstation guest logistics on spreadsheets. WedPlan replaces that chaos with a structured, collaborative, always-accessible platform.

Conceptualised by Arun Agrawal
WedPlan was conceptualised by Arun Agrawal, Founder and CEO of EbizIndia Consulting, after watching clients struggle with wedding logistics on spreadsheets — particularly the complexity of tracking outstation guests across constantly-changing arrival and departure schedules.
Arun holds an M.Tech (Gold Medallist) in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Jadavpur University and has over 35 years of experience in software. That blend of engineering rigour and real-world wedding observation is why WedPlan handles the small things that other tools miss.
